A Full Service Medical Center located in the Heart of Colorado is looking for its next Hospital Revenue Cycle Manager to lead their patient financial services and business office departments.
Accredited by The Joint Commission, this Medical Center is fully-equipped with a full range of services including acute care, surgery, emergency, and home health/hospice as well as a variety of ambulatory services.
The Hospital Revenue Cycle Manager will join an experienced staff of Physicians, Nurses, and technicians providing exceptional patient care for all in the surrounding communities.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Patient Financial Services, the Hospital Revenue Cycle Manager will be well supported by a strong Business Office Supervisor.
They will direct the financial operations of all facilities within the Community Medical Center umbrella which includes acute care, ambulatory clinics, and skilled nursing facilities.
The Hospital Revenue Cycle Manager will have a strong knowledge of medicare/medicaid billing and an understanding of Rural Health Clinic billing.
They will be tasked with aligning the processes and performance of the Medical Center to reach broader revenue cycle goals and promote the Patient Financial Services Operations.
They will act as a resource to staff and build positive working relationships with fellow department leaders.
Located in the Pike and San Juan National Forests, the Hospital Revenue Cycle Manager will be able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of many of the 14,000 foot mountains of Colorado and all of the nature that comes along with it.
